CloudSigma would like to inform you that the scheduled maintenance of our backup storage cluster for the Dublin cloud location was performed successfully. The maintenance aimed at upgrading the underlying OS in our storage cluster.
IMPACT: For the duration of the maintenance, the backup functionality was temporary unavailable and users were unable to create or manage remote backups.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our backup storage cluster for the Dublin cloud location. The maintenance aims at upgrading the underlying OS in our storage cluster. All scheduled tasks are expected to take 6 hours in total.
IMPACT: For the duration of the maintenance, the backup functionality will be temporary unavailable and users will be unable to create or manage remote backups for an estimated 120 to 240 minutes.
While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
